My CFL clones

ok finally started mocking up my cooltube and remote ballasts. still need some ducting supplies like adapters and pipe insulation. im also still waiting for my blower and roll of mylar to come in, hopefully this week ill get them so i can finish my cooltube. buds arent really getting any taller just a lil fatter and hairs are turning red. starting week 7 tomorrow so its almost time to start flushing nutes before harvest. been having crap weather lately with power outages and high humidity so its been a miserable week for me, on the upside my nephew turned 4 :D and had a fun party with a pinata. it was so funny when they broke open the pinata and a bunch of broken candy poured out LOL. next time mommy wont be using ring pops in there. we all ended up with candy its everywhere including kids hair :confused:. still good times though

new pics. buds are getting fatter everyday. finally got all my stuff in the mail, just need to put it together and running. last pic is pollinated bud so hopefully i get a few seeds for next grow. if not ill reveg them for cuttings. gonna give them one last tiger bloom feeding then straight water and molasses til harvest.

cwesto - gonna be 7 weeks on sunday so its nearing harvest time.

zeb - as for my project cab.................its been on hold due to bad weather since the rains been blowing sideways and drenched my basement/garage. now the back of the cab is wet and trying to dry, hopefully without any mold or fungus inhibiting it. debating whether i should scrap it an look for a new cab or just refurb it, probably gonna refurb since its cheaper.

after putting up some mylar i started to notice my tops were a lil amber so i checked them with the pocket micro and sure enough the trichs are getting amber. so im gonna harvest next week and get some x-mas/new year homegrown :jointsmile:. was hoping for a lil more weight on them but ehh no biggie, next time will be bigger and better now that i got more experience and better equipment.

just some pics before i harvest. probably in a day or two will be the actual harvest and new pics again. got a bunch of amber trichs on my tops but the lower buds are still clear and just getting cloudy.

ok just finished harvesting 1 plant, and it took longer than expected so im gonna do the other in the morning. pics will be later when im all done. gonna root trim and repot also and hope they dont freakout to much and die. i did get a couple seeds though 2-4 so ill some thing for next time if reveg goes bad.

I can't wait to see the dry weed...

finally got them both cut and trimmed up. still need to root trim them both and repot but ill do that later. filled my whole box up with buds this time and got a bunch of trim for hash making later. any suggestions on how to make some bubble/ice hash or at least what brand coffee filter to use to strain trichs. got some mr coffee filters in the basement but not sure if they work ok.

did the root trim and repotted in to 1 gallon pots. left about a 4 inch cube of root mass and added new soil to all sides. gave them a good watering and drainage was perfect. next watering will have grow big and molasses. im really curious as to how this will turn out being my first reveg attempt :thumbsup:. im hoping to see some new growth in a few weeks if not sooner. keeping my fingers crossed

good luck with reveg i have done that a few times b4 but i think starting again with clones is a better way to go less chance of nute lock out plus faster growth earlyer but that my experience, those buds look gr8 well done.
hey C/stoned im out 2 scraped out the black death from the bong and started smoking that 2day, oz here 2morrow(well better b anyway )

buds are all dry and now all jarred up for the cure. dry weight is 74.4 grams which surprised me. only thought i was gonna yeild a ounce or ounce1/2. has a very piney smell with a hint of bubblegum. ill get pics up soon. gonna dump the revegs and start from seed all over but keep a mum this time for cloning.

this grow looks so damm damm good that I have to ask what kind of soil U used for this beautiful grow?

cuz my soil sucks ass and I need a new kind of soil. thanks.

my soil was that miracle grow organic soil, then i mixed in 1 bag of peat moss and about 2 bags of perlite/vermiculite(foam rock in my case), couple scoops of chicken shit. mixed all that up in rubbermaid bin and let it "cook" for a week or two. check the ph and if its 6.5-6.8 range then your all set.

need to do some soil conditioning to my soil bin though since its a lil hot with ph of 7.4. gotta add more peat and let it cook down.

fo sho. next grow will be bagseed and the seeds i got from my last plant, might order some mandala seeds (hashberry) but still looking around. the reveg is yellowing a bit but i thinks its from the soil being a bit hot. dont think theyre gonna make it but you never know.

Yo, my friends friend might b sellin sum b 52 X trainwreck seeds. I scored few beans, but he on the big island now. Leme know if u lyk, ill ask wen he gets bak.

signs of revegging has started on both plants :thumbsup: so im gonna keep them going as long as i can and hopefully make some bonsai mums out of them. i also added 2 more 26 watt cfls but they're 6500k. so in total i got 4x26w (104watts 6800lumens) 2x2700k and 2x6500k. i thinks the blues helped the reveg start up better.

scored some kali mist beans(only 2) from a friend of a friend so gonna give them a go in my next run along with my homegrown beans :jointsmile: which i hope turn out fem since it was self pollinated. gonna try doing a DWC with one of them to get some hydro experience.

update on my reveg attempt. made a veg cab dimensions are 1 x 1 1/2 x 2. i have two 3" pc fans exhausting and three 1" holes for a passive intake. i killed off the slower growing one and since then this plant has started more growth and just got its first serrated finger leaf. i took out the two 2700k and moved both 6500k bulbs on one side.

went to the hydro shop today and picked up some rockwool and 5 inch net pots. gonna rig up a simple DWC bucket and try my luck at it. so far i got 2 air pumps a aqua garden 7500 and a tetra tec deepwater DW96-2 with a 5 inch air stone. i have a 4 gallon square bucket painted black with the top covered with foil tape. gonna use a smaller 1 gallon bucket to veg and transfer it into the 4 gallon for flowering. fox farms nutes all the way since thats what i got. ill get some pics up later on

yo irie, i went update my thread. Oh, u eva gone hydro or dwc?

braddhaEEE: nope this is my first attempt at hydro growing. got everything i need, just need to sprout some beans or root some clones now. but before i do that i need to get my cab cleaned and lights put together and running with the exhaust. by then my reveg should be ready to take some clones, if not ill sprout my beans.

reveg is coming along nice. lots of new shoots, although i did hack off the other half of the plant its doing all around better without it. did a lil LSTing to even up the shoots.

hey irie i got some nylyon mesh screens from smallparts.com in sizes pretty close to bubble bag micron size levels. 20 bucks for a 210m, 150m 75m, 50m,30m, screens 3x6 in. then took somee 32oz mayo jars (plastic) cut bottoms off and drilled 2 in. hole in lid placed sreen over top and screwed on lid and strained mix thru love to post pics but no camera
