LOLz,,,people think I am looking for a hookup... I am not!!!
Thanks,Reb,,, I need a pair of eyes out there... the sale of my place flopped and it's for sale again so I curtailed the seek for now ,,,but I will start again and your help will be needed... Thanks...
OK first question,,,What is New Castle like??? Why is it so cheap and the police chief looks like a big dick,,,are the cops in New Castle a pain in the ass???
Thanks
New Castle used to be a nice town but it has seen better days and is a bit run down. The area generally is not a good place to invest in real estate compared to other areas. This could describe a lot of older towns in Pa. Pa has one of the lowest arrest rates for marijuana in the nation and the police won't bother you unless you attract negative attention. I like it here in Western Pa because I enjoy nature and having some privacy.
Thanks for the info... I am looking for a place to chill the rest of my life,,,not an investment,,,owning is better than renting anywhere... I am assuming all the towns around Pitt are depressed some just more than others...Quote:

Latrobe is cool. It has a nice airport and it's a nice place to live.
Looks like a nice place... thanksQuote:

They're not making Rolling Rock in Latrobe anymore, Skink. They actually just stopped producing it there this year, I think, because the brand was bought out.
Let me know if you have any questions about any places around Pittsburgh. My boyfriend is from Fox Chapel, and it's really nice out there.
Rolling rock was discontinued. Yeah.Quote:

Thanks medmj<3er I am still very interested in the Pitt area...
South hills suburbs are pretty nice...generally a lot of smokers too.
If you like paintball hit up the All American Paintball Park. Latrobe is also where Smart Parts (Company that makes the best paintball guns, ever) is located. Pretty much right by the park lol.
Hey one of my good friends used to live in Moon! She was/is a huge pothead too, if you've lived there for a long time you probably knew her. She's the reason I actually moved here, after she left Moon she moved to my town and told me about this school called CMU that she said I'd like a lot... ;O) Little did I know what I was getting into!
Representing Beaver Falls /Ellwood City area here
Wow!! What a pretty pic wendimama!!
Do you live in the South Hills? If So where?Quote:

Um...coming in to Pittsburgh tonite from State College for a while...gonna be at Moondog's in Blawnox (out 28 from town, along the Allegheny ~8mi out) to hear "The Cause," who at first glance appear to be a hippie-style cover band.
Anyone interested?

Nice, I'm heading to Pitt Greensburg this coming up semester. Not my first semester, but first time going there. Still trying to figure out the area. There are a ton of one-ways by my apartment and they owned me when I tried to head back home. I figured it out but let's just say I got to explore the area a little ;)Quote:

Trying to send you a PM but still can't get it right-trying to figure it out..any help?
You cant send pm's on this site, only mods can
Ok-have to try another way, thanks Rebgirl
Hey all, just moved to Pittsburgh, PA, right near the universities. So far I'm liking the area pretty well. Nice people, good food... Anyone know the attitude towards smoking around here? People pretty chill, or uptight? I'm moving here from Ithaca, NY where you could pretty much light up anywhere, so I'm trying to get a feel for what PGH's like.
Peace,
Xander
I'm around McKeesport, about 30 mins from the South Hills area.
Well just wanted to introduce myself... I am new to this site, and just moved to Cranberry PA (near Pittsburgh) from upstate NY. Was from the Ithaca NY area just like 36west!! I lived in Corning to be exact.
Been living here since the beginning of September and have not yet been able to score anything locally. Hope my luck changes...
Ozy
I live in Du Bois, PA. It's really close to Punxy with that whole Groundhog day thing..(still never went in my life..) But 98% of the people in my school are stoners, including the top 10 class ranked kids. I love it here, but it's a hicktown. However, we do have the best hospital for heart related issues in all of like eastern USA.
Howdys all, first post on these forums, this seemed the logical place to say hello.
I'm also from around Mckeesport. Haven't had a good J in far too long a time, had to sort out a few things in my head so I stayed away.
I'll just preemptively say that it's nice to meet you all.
I live right in the city. Oakland to be exact. I've been scouting out for a nice (abandoned) building with a flat roof to do a rooftop garden grow on at some point and i've been doing some hiking and walking around in some of the outlying neighborhoods looking for places to put a couple of plants.
I want to do a little "johnny potseed" experiment next summer.
Anyone around here interested in helping me harvest and trim if i can get this going for next summer?
I figure at least 10 separate locations around the city with at least 5 plants in each. (maybe more).
Lets Go Pens!
Growing on a roof is too hot, good luck- everyone can see it, and temps rise over 120 in summer= dead plants. Plus when you get caught, you'll be charged with trespassing too.
Finally, there is NO discussion of hiring trimmers.
In fact, you kinda sound suspicious. Can someone fry me up some bacon to go with my bagel?
From right outside of Pittsburgh.
Live right near Kennywood.
Yoo, first post, i used to be on natureshigh.com but they shut the site down and destoryed all the stuff it contained [to keep its registered members safe] but yea so i came across this one, anywayz if anyones up near the Indiana area [like around IUP campus] holla, we keep it burning around this place:rastasmoke:
