Diary of a personal pot grower.

here are some pics of my setup. the closet is 25" x 24" x 65" the lighting is made up of a disassembled 4 socket lamp with 4 42 watt CFL's connected to a 24 hour timer.

they look beautiful. the juicy fruit has a strong skunk smell already. the big bud still smells like a normal lawn weed

man thouse R some FAT nice lookin leafs. and the plants look great also.

i made the decision today to to flower my plants early, i am going to start tonight after the light goes out i will leave 24 hours of dark then start a 12-12 light cycle. i am doing this because i have 2 plants in my closet that only has 1 foot of room left for my lights to be raised. they will grow atleast another foot in flower. i have some pics of what they look like as of right now.

the first 2 are BC Big Bud. the other 2 are Juicy Fruit.

going to take some new pics right now. tell me what you think. i have started the flower cycle. i gave them 24 hours of dark yesterday. lights came back on at 8 am this morning to start the 12-12 light and dark cycle. i know it is kind of early but i do have limited space. my juicy fruit is 37 days old 35 days in veg. my BC Big Bud is 33 days old 31 days in veg. i know i can still get a decent yield because my first plant flowered after 20 days.

has anyone tried cross breeding BC BIG BUD with Juicy Fruit. what would the outcome be.

the big bud is getting a bit to big i had to lst it today. i will get some pics later.

well here are some pics that i took yesterday. the first are Juicy Fruit. the second set are BC Big Bud. i am unhappy becouse the BC Big Bud is a male. it has lots of little balls growing on it. the Juicy fruit is female, the tops of all the branches have little pistils on them. what i am going to do it let the male grow so i can harvest some of the pollen so i can pollinate a small section of the Juicy Fruit with BC Big Bud pollen so i can get a cross. i will put the pics on later this attachment thing isnt working right. it wont upload my pics.

looking good, keep up the good work!

stinky left some helpfull advice on pollinating, while the buds are still really small pollinate then so your whole bud doesnt end up getting seeded and all of the seeds will end up at the bottom of your buds, or just be carefull and paint one bud/branch with pollen so your seeds are all on the same bud instead of in every one.

CRAZY YOUR USING 4 42 WATT DID U SAY IM USING NOW ONLY 7 24 WATT AND A 2 15 WATT FLOUROS AND MY PLANT IS NOO WHERE AS LUSH AS YOURS MINE IS DIEING I THINK BUT HOPEFULLY IT WAS FEMALE KUZZ I MADE A CLONE AND IF IT IS FEMALE ILL PULL IT UP AND PUT IN THE CLONE...THE PLANT HAS BEEN THRU ALLLLOT...FROM FALLING LIGHTS TO CRAZY BURNS...I FEEL BAD FOR IT...:(

you should check out my first grow the thread is called ( first time grower and im stumped ). it was a bag seed, i dropped my lights on that one and cracked it off

the BC Big Bud was hogging all the light so i had to move it to my shed. it has a clear roof.

lmao i was laughin for like 5 min i dunno why it just sounds soo funny...

he grew out over the juicyfruit. my closet is small so the oly place i could put it was the shed. it was built with clear fiberglass sheets for a roof. it is only 4 feet wide by 4 feet long with a peak roof that is 7 feet to the peak. it was their when i moved in. the BC Big Bud is doing good and it looks like some balls are about to drop pollen soon

humm u gonna try paintin pollen on one of the branches with buds...it would be cool to have a juicyxbigbud...ive done this with a blueberry and a whitewidow plant and seeds came from it but i never got too seed them someone stole em...but also be careful and dont get pollen everywhere...
