Another darn rep question

howa bout now?

You need to get people with high rep to rep you. Rep is worth more if it comes from high rep folk.

That cant be right. I have 704 rep points.

I have seven squares so that makes sense if one rep square is 100 rep points. But 2 of my squares are light green?

Why?
