i thought the same thing about the patriot act when it was first thought up...disguised as an anti terrorism thing..patriot actually standing for Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism..i just found out..i was younger but i just thought 'invasion of privacy through deeming the suspects terrorists even if it has nothing to do with terrorism'
marc emory is a new one on me, i found that pretty messed up
I don't have the book at hand but I read a story of some guy who was the middleman who hooked up two other people for a large cannabis transation. Well the guy got convicted in state court and then when he was released years later some anti-pot fuckhead thought he hadn't had enough punishment so he tried him in the supreme court and he got convicted TWICE for the SAME crime.
i forgot were i read this but some one got caught growing 1 plant in some country and recieved the death penalty
It's Marc EMERY.
He's being sent to somewhere he doesn't belong, being punished for doing something that was right, and having his life taken away from him for saving other's lives. The BC3 may certainly suffer the "worst weed injustice".
This is North America though.
Dealers caught selling in countries with harsher drug policies can recieve death by hanging. I forget the story entirely, but 3 17/18 years olds from Japan were caught selling marijuana and they're all getting the death penalty. They weren't even CLOSE to drug kingpins.
Yes Japan is harsh i think thats a huge injustice because many many many of them amazingly fascinating japanese people wil never expeience it because its regarded as poison althought Japan has used it and grown it for thousands of years and All All ALL because of the USA's treaty with them for defeating them in WWII.
The ones that try this amazing plant are prosecuted worse than USA and i barely but do believe that 3 17/18 yr old are going to die for it when they could have grown up and invented the amazingly FunStation...
what could have been.
GUYS you think you have it bad in america... countries like Emirates or saudi arabia , weed = DEATH PENALTY. Now if theres something you want to perform activism on .. GET THE WORD OUT ABOUT THIS!!!! We can make a profound difference to a criminal and injustice justice system even if it is over seas.
First off bongs are illegal in the U.s. Water pipes are legal. And secondly Chong wasn't the one selling them it was his son. Chong chose the sentance over his son going to jail. so it was choice if his son whould have gone to jail that whould have been an injusticeQuote:

Well this would be a very bad weed injustice if he wasn't free now..it's still bad since he had to spend 17 yrs in ass pounding prison
Got in trouble for armed robbery and sentenced to life in prison after tested positive for marijuana while on parole.
