While sitting in a police presinct(sp?) an officer told me how to make one, by simply buying a cheap gas mask from a military surplus store and simply removing the filter and duct taping a bong onto the end. Silly policeman, it's ironic he arrested me for possession/paraphernalia. Asshole hypocrite...
