Despite what every one is telling, drinking water for days and days will do nothing to help you pass the test. Drinking water on the day of the test is a different story, that is dilution.

Only in the rarest of cases does a person receive two types of drug test at one time, such as both blood and urine. I am willing to bet they will only be testing your urine and not blood. Either way, urine is the one to be worried about.

If you are 6'1" and 270, you are grossly overweight. This is going to increase the time it will take for your body to get clean. I would consider going with substitution instead of dilution to pass your test. If you really want to go with dilution, then you should invest in some home drug testing kits.

go to CVS, buy at home drug test kit that tests specifically for marijuana, it's $14.99 for 1 box. You put 4 drops of your urine in it and wait 3-8 minutes, and if you're below the threshhold of 50 ng/ml which they test for, it will read negative.

The tests are lab work for a new doctor, which they'll most likely do both urine and blood. I have vague memories as a kid of having to do both tests.

And I know how overweight I am, gotta work on that Lol

I'm gonna end up doing that. I'll buy 2 or 3 and see how much over the threshhold I am and depending on that I'll figure out when to stop smoking.

Just because they draw your blood doesn't mean they will screen it for drugs. If they are going to test your blood for drugs, they have to have consent, FYI. Same goes with the urine. So if this is just routine work up for a physical there is a chance neither may be tested but it still seems redundent to test both as well as a waste of money.

I wasn't trying to be offensive with the info on weight. It is just that since THC is fat soluble, being overweight tends to increase the time to get clean.

Hey, don't worry about it, I don't get offended about being told I'm fat, I know I am, and I know about THC being fet soluble and the time depending on weight and what not, so it's all good.

I'm not sure if they'll screen it for drugs or not, but I just want to go on the safe side. My mom has been going to the same doctor for years now, and I don't know if he'd tell my mom and forget about the doctor patient confidentiality.

I know I should care, due to the fact that I don't live at home anymore, but she's supporting me through college, and it's way too expensive to be able to pay for it, rent, necessities, and what not without someone's help =/

Otherwise I would've told them about it already.
