Shit I smoke like 3 days a week. Never at school, too small town, strict red-necky if you know what I mean. But yeah the only thing I've noticed is that I'm a little more layed back and alot more creative.
I don't know what noticable effects you're talking about...I functioned the same smoking every hour as I did smoking every month. Unless you do things high (note that highs only last a few hours), you're not gonna see much noticable effects in your life. You might feel tired or lazier, but that just might be me, bc I'm already lazy.
But yeah, smoking once a week is the way to go. It gets you higher, conserves weed, and saves you money. Smoking every two weeks, or once a month is of course even better, but imo it's hard to do. I know that smoking once a week or at least smoking every 3 days is a lot better, but once I have weed, I just can't resist and end up smoking every day.
^^ yeah man im the same I always say im gonna do it like once a week or a few times of week but when ive got weed i just smoke it whenever i can haha.
Well....i smoke pot everyday and i have a "little" problem called short term memory loss...and bags under my eyes....once a week cant hurt though......just think its 1/7 as much as a problem....right???

Notice I said 1 bowl. If you are smoking 1 bowl every 4 hours or less, you will typically use up less than a gram a day which is 1) cheap and 2) keeps your tolerance down so you still get high. This later part, keeping your tolerance down, is key. It means your body doesn't become fully adept at functioning with THC in your system, which means its still more adept at functioning wihtout THC in your system... This comes in handy for 1) when your out of weed and 2) if you need to straighten up for a drop or something. Also aids excessive herbal spaciness when not high...
Its hard though, you really gotta watch yourself, because 1 bowl at a time can easily turn into 2 bowls now, none later... Which never really means none later :D
The key is discipline... See, I'm living proof. 1 bowl and I'm fucking toasted (it is some chronz though). But yeh, I'm a hypocrate too cuz I *know* this aint my last bowl, though I always take a good hour break... so thats not toooooo bad, I think...
