i had one lucid dream. i was 11, juuuust before i fell and hit my head, and got a concussion. which led to my hearing loss, loss of sleep, and general disordered life :stoned:
i wish i could remember the dream...
Tip for having a lucid dream, would be not to smoke for a day or two and before you sleep just think about clues that could make you realize you are dreaming.
i dont generally even remember my dreams at all, let alone dream for that matter... it's maddening... i dont get much sleep, and what sleep i do get is not accompanied by dreams... :(
wow. ive been very interrested in OBE's but could never achieve having one. ive read online about them and have een tried techniques. i dont know if ive ever had a lucid dream either. this interrests me so much and i would love to train myself to have regular OBE's. some people say that dying is just like a permanent OBE. i guess thats why i would like to experience it. because im so terrified to die and so depressed to get older.
well... i used to have many lucid dreams, and i liked to jump off anywhere i were. and i felt the same thing all the times i reached the floor: somewhat like a "slap" on the entire body (somewhat like the sensation when you slap the palm of the hand against a table), but completly painless. it was rather very pleasant. then just after the "slap" i felt my body tingling, like if it was vibrating, or percurred by an electrical current, or somewhat like this. it was completly painless too, and very very very pleasant. this state is sometimes called "vibratinal state" for those who practice astral projection (techniques for having out-of-body-experiences).Quote:

unfortunately my lucid dreams become more rare when i started to smoke. i think it is because i sleep more deeply when stoned, and have less dreams... but taking a nap while blazed (specially if the weed were a good mix of indica and sativa) can make you have very weird dreams... and i think somewhat more than this... one time i did it and have like a dream that i was doing a thing i wished to do too much, and i "felt" it was much nearer than i could imagine. at the time i regarded it as a weird dream, but at the same time become somewhat awed by it. then, last week, against all my wildest expectations, completly unexpectedly, it happened... very much like i had "dreamed"... and my "dream" was like 3-4 months ago... and in that time i thought i only would do what i did much years later... never tought it would be only some months later...
In the same ocasion i "dreamed" another things too... only the time will say if they will become real or not.
Anyway, it was weird enough, at least for me :stoned:
wow thats crazy. how u do u train ur mind to stay awake when the body is sleeping? do u just constanly think of something?ive rad of astral projection online and tryed some techniques but i always seem to fall alseep.
well... its not easy... i fall asleep almost every time i try to do astral projection... when i dont fall asleep is because im too alert, but in this case my mind is too agitated to concentrate in anything, so i give up.
the technique i use is lay down in the most relaxed position i can, in a very quiet room, preferibly dark, close my eyes, put cotton into my ears to ensure complete silence, and concentrate all my attention in the act of breathing. i try dont think anything, just breathe. its hard cause soon the mind starts wandering again... then you have to start again... anyway, with the practice you can stay long periods of time just breathing, with the mind clear... then lots of strange things start to happen... my body feels like numbed, like it were just a warm mass, i cant differentiate my hands, legs, or whatever... like a very heavy body high... the silence into the mind is wonderful too... i feel a complete peace... when i used to did it every day, frequently i could feel what is called "vibrational state", which is said is the gateway for the astral projection... but i never remember have gone further than feeling it.
anyway, i assure you its worth the effort, just because this "vibrational state" is the more pleasant feeling i felt my entire life... somewhat like an orgasm in the entire body, during several seconds (much more than a "normal" orgasm which last just for instants)... yes... its fuckin good...
try hard and you will do it! good luck man!
hey thanks alot man. i plan on trying this tonight, as im bout to go to sleep here in a few minutes after im done with my cigar. i willhave to stuff something in my ears cuz the fans from my grow box make a little sound. i read that ur supposed to visualize ur body sinking thru the matress. i would very much like to experience this and thank you very much for ur information.
