This is good, and if courts look at evidence rather than politics for this one, the government may have to actually tell people the truth about marijuana...that would be so awesome.

i think if it goes through, it may be a chain reaction within the seperate states legal veiws on cannabis. If we start at the FBI and prove them incapable of having a "truthful" stand point on the matter, it may fall from there showing that the government for some reason all over the country, has biased veiws toward the subject. And in this day and age ppl dont put up with nor accept bullshit answers for anything.
Hell this better go through, it's impossible for anyone with eyes to be blinded by how stupid and selfish the government is acting about marijuana. It's like a damn child's play game. They want to claim the cash crop for them selves and doesn't want anyone to mess with it, fuck them. I'm not one of them, but there are people out there with serious problems that need that just as much as the brainwashed society believes they prescription pills and all that other shit. I mean c'mon, who ever heard of a pill to help you sleep your body does that naturally! It has more side-effects than benefits. Just smoke some cannabis shit.
Yeah, cannabis definitly helps insomnia in a safe and fun way free of side effects. No doubt pharmeceutical companies contribute to the propoganda against weed.Quote:

Well if u have no idea what the laws are then u would see why there sueing. there is a factual bases behind the law suit, its not just "hey we wanna smoke pot" duh, these are people fighting for its medical uses. Not bullshit, and actually they would have a harder time having it thrown out then winning the case, which they really cant unless bullshitting and having a biased judge, no joureyman could possible vote against the prosecution, with a defense that has no factual evidence, and holds only moral veiws that are extremely biased cause.Quote:

what's the current status on this? still going on?
