Hatebreed is the fucking SHIT. I'm from the same town as their guitarist, and hes a pretty cool guy. I saw them 4 times. Once at Ozzfest, once in November, and twice the day before and on New Year's Eve. I love them because they combine metal and hardcore elements, and their pits aren't just retards fighting air.

I agree, but I haven't had the chance to see them yet. :( I did see Throwdown before x-mas, and they are very much the same as Hatebreed, but I do want to see them one day.

Idk if they are as good as they are in other states because of hometown energy, but all of those shows are some of the best shows I've ever been to. If you can see them, its definetly worth it. I was in their music video for "Defeatist" =D

im not a fan of hardcore but can ignore it. but the dancing that goes along with it is absolutely rediculous. its like theyre figthing the air, which is what i used to do in 1st grade when i wud pretend i was one of the ninja turtles.

Can you be seen in the video of Hatebreed's video FatKid?

Yeah, only for a second though. Its the part where everyone is walking into the place where Hatebreed is playing, and then the scene changes. I wasn't in it alot though because the sunburn from Ozzfest and then being out all day in 105 degree weather with no shade really takes a toll on your moshing.

Don't be bustin on Slipknot man, that's some hardcore shit there. I'm sad and pissed they broke up :X Now I'll never be able to see them perform. SOAD is a decent band, but not hardcore at all. I haven't heard of a single band you listed, but I'm gonna look em up. I love my Slayer, Amon Amarth, Dimmu Borgir, Cradle of Filth, Napalm Death, and anyone with a fast heavy sound and someone screaming as loud as humanly possible and beyond.

They broke up like two years ago man, Subliminal Verses 3 was their last album. It was because of personal issues between the band members or something, I didn't look into it much. I know Joey Jordison returned to the Murderdolls and Corey Taylor is in Stone Sour, a new band, pretty good. SOAD is taking a break. I think they'll be back in a year or two. As for Slipknot, well, RIP :(
