What is your route if ingesting the weed? It's something he will ask you. I am no medical professional, but I would imagine excessive coughing only would worsen how your ass feels.

That is just being blunt about it. I know, that disease sucks. I know a family friend who has it...it is really not fair for anyone to suffer from that.

I was wondering if you would make something like cannabutter and spread it on toast? Or would you dissolve it in 150 proof booze?


As for vaporizers...I never used one and don't know if it makes you cough. If it doesn't' you will somehow have to explain that to the doc.

I do wish you the best in your search for relief. I hope thats what you get. If he wants to write you a script for an opiate...don't say another word to him and just leave.

I hate it how so many docs today are willing to pump out the opiates...and turn their back to drug with no overdose in recorded history. Gee...what would you want.

I read on ganjagrocer.com somewhere that if you are not prescribed the bud then you get your money back for the appointment.

I have crohn's disease also and I find that vaporizers help so much. One hit off of one and the cramps are gone. An entire bowl I can run around eat click my heals together etc. But if i go 7 days without smoking I get to a deterotive state where i cant' even walk :( it sucks.

Good luck nailhead - I suffer with IBD (thankfully not anywhere near as bad as Crohns) and weed really helps with my symptoms.
