Zandor Help!
Cool, thanks. Do you have to do a res change every 7-10 days even if you have a huge tub, say 10 gallons for each plant? Thats a lotta water and nutes, but I guess the end result is worth it (If you go cheap you grow cheap). I wanna put all your podcast shows on a psp or somethin. Very insightful-
If anyone is having trouble getting that nasty mix from the very bottom of the res...Look no further.
Type in karosene pump in ebay.

Use less nutrients and water then but the 7-10 change is spot on to avoid most problems and to provide quality nutrients just when the plants want's them. But you only need to change them IF you are following the cycle of life.
If you are just using average grow and average flower then 3 times the amount the plant uses. so 15 gallon res for a 5 gallon plant then you can change then every 2 weeks and just top off.
Personally I prefer the Cycle of life the plants are healthier and healthy is good if you want to grow larger buds.
The cycle of life does require the proper nutrients and boosters though.
The general is safer
It is up to you and your budget how you grow, but thanks for listening to the show and let me know if you have more questions, I'm happy to try to help.

Awesome... Do you have a chart, or a link to a chart that shows what ppms of N-P-K-mg, that the plants like at different stages?

Zandor Help!
I know it's probably depends on the strain, but a guideline would be cool. Maybe like 3 stages for veg, and 3 stages for flower. Example Mid flower would be 100-100-200-60, or somethin like that.:rastasmoke:
Love the show-

Both carts you need are here dude.
The cycle of life works for every plant but the strength of the nutrients may vary depending on the strain. That is why you keep logs to track what you did so you know and not just guess each time.
I don't know of anybody who spends the money to run or buy a chiller for DWC buckets. Sorry dude can't help there.
