Here is the rules
#1 The end result must equal 123456789 without a decimal.
#2 The starting number must contain all numbers 1-9 any order. 9 digits in length.
#3 The starting number can contain a decimal point.
#4 You may only + - * / one time (plus minus multiply or divide)
#5 No use of * or / 1 to get the same number.

Well technically that works but then again its a cheap method of trying to get around it so im gonna change it to this
First number can not be 123456789 but must contain all 9 numbers no duplicates and can have a decimal point.

oh yeah and your number would have to be 0.123456789 and u cant have a 0!
