congrats p4b i had to do some crap called differed entry of judgement once
i had drug diversion classes and piss tests and probation and the fines were crazy glad you made it through without any probs

Yes and no. Under the deferred you plead guilty to the charge and after the time line designated the charge is wiped off the record. IF you get busted for ANYTHING during that time there is no trial since there is a guilty plea....you just do the time. In my case that would have been 3-5 years.

The up side is that there is NO piss tests or home visits.....which is why I was able to punch through 3 more crops. :D

You have to call in once every three months and answer the same ol' shit:
At the same address? Yes
Been into trouble with the cops? NO
Been doing any drugs? Of course not:D
Call back again at blah, blah time on blah, blah date.

My last act of defiance:
Went to the court house this afternoon.....parked in the 30 min. stall outside the doors. Took a big ol' hit off my pipe and walked in. Let my hit out in the hall, took a drink off the fountain and walked back out. Don't know why I did it, just had to prove a point I guess. The rehabilitation did me wonders!!:D
