I smoke only weed but I still believe that sacrificing young american lives so far away from home..for a cause that doesn't and won't directly benefit us...being far from worthy of these lives being lost if you ask me and always will be. What have "we" gained? To start we did rid the world of a future problem, gained a strategic position when the conflict with Iran eventually starts.
What have the Iraqis gained? Since the Sunni is only 20-30 percent of the country the MAJORITY has gained it's freedom along with the Sunni. Problem is that the Sunni aren't in absolute control anymore. NO more genocide on the Kurd and Shi-ite Iraqis....what have they gained? That's a no brainer.
