Weed allergies, how to tell?

i hear things from different people, i wish there was a sure way to tell. I am around weed so much its going to drive me insane not being able to smoke. Every sign that points to it also has other explainations. Like i broke out in hives only around my neck, but i noticed it a week later after shaving my beard- could be razer burn. I broke out in a rash on my face, i have hiked 5 times in the past 2 weeks, could be posion ivy, which im allergic to. I get high really easy, could just be a one-hit wonder. I rubed weed on my skin, didnt break out. My teeth hurt when i smoke, or more noticable the next morning, could just be my wisdom teeth. It doesnt seem like its hard to breathe when im high, i could have just freaked out the other night, which also could have gave me the head ach i got while high, i just dont know. Its really bothering me, like i cant even concentrate cause its on my mind, freaking me out, i just have to know for sure.

This 'weed allergy' could just be in my head. I have a question, i was on methylprednisolone, which is generic for medrol a corticosteroid, for the break out on my face. If i remember correctly, i started getting trippy highs around the same time i started on this. Would this have any effect? How long after i stopped taking it, would it be possible to effect something?

what's medrol? break out like the hives or is it like acne medication?

Hey, Jane! Medrol's a medicine called methylprednisolone, a synthetic cortico-steroidal anti-inflammatory that people take for allergic reactions (and other things, too). It's been given to me at times to treat bad asthma attacks. It can definitely enhance or strengthen the effects of other meds, and I'm sure cannabis might be one of them.

this is a good thread... bump... anybody else have "allergic" reactions or bad sensitivities to weed?

ok first off i had this prob for four years im 21 now, i used to drain "sinuses" about a milk carton full a day on bad days i couldnt keep weight on, but i still couldnt quit weed.... i had a blood allergy test done and a normal reaction is 0.08 like say on peanuts for me ok ragweed is 0.15 for me and yellow jacket is 0.09 to me so im allergic to ragweed and yellow jackets "ragweed more" but ragweed is in the same family as maryjane they are both "asteraceae plants" so if ur having this prob get a blood allergy test not a skin!!!! ok i had sinus surgery because being allergic for so long and draining i had to have sinus surgey i had two infectins "they called em cysts until they found out they were not" one 8cm in maxilarry sinus other 5cm "come to find out not cancer j infection" thank god!! my other nasal was closed shut in the inside the size of a pin needle so i had to have a hole punched in it, wasnt fun at all... after all that surgery i still drain bad when i smoke ok.. so heres some tricks i learned over the years
if u use them u will drain less maybe not at all. but anyways use neilmed sinus rinse u can get it from walgreens and other places use 3 packs of the salt to 8 oz, ok astelin is good <---get a doc to get u, ive tryed everything on the market, i mean everthing another good 1 is glycopyrrolate 2mg its blatter meds but it will dry u the fuck up!!! <--get doc to get u... better have some water wit ya lolz and durahist D.. thats wut i use to counter act my allergy from weed helps out alot, but ive never broke out in hives j runny nose and drainage

hope this helps out alot use the neilmed 3 packs to 8 oz in the morning "when u drain worse" and mid daytime "when u smoke" then before bed thats 3 times a day
