Adream, Just keep them CFLs in close and take proper care of the plants and you'll get a yield propotional to your energy costs. If that is also a satisfactory return on your time, then it's all good, bub.
If not, more power (which will equal additional initial costs as well as operating expenses).

i do keep my lights close as i can to the plants, and i do take care of them...
right now im broke, i have no space and need to keep my shit on the low, so a hps is definately out of the question, plus i grow more for quality than yeild, and cfls do fine for good quality weed anyway... im waitin on spring... could be my big break :)
