Well, babe, just look in the other direction when they do the blood test, if they do one. If you're not looking at it, you can take it, most likely, even being squeamish. It doesn't hurt badly , and luckily it's over quickly. And it's helpful when they're doing a checkup for them to analyze your blood. Tell your mom to get on the phone and book that appointment . . .

I am the same way orange, but I gotten so use to being stuck, but I still can't get over looking at my own blood. I just close my eyes.
It also really annoys me when nurses compliment you on your veins *shivers*
But I agree with birdgirl to go check for a urinary tract infection. Prevention is best you don't want to get to the point of major blockage because I'd tell from first hand experience, ever heard of a nephrostomy? Essentially, it's having a bag of piss on your leg as a replacement for your kidney. A tube is run from the tube in your kidney and it drains into this bag which you manually empty like you are taking a piss.

Hey Orange, you really should see a doctor. The area U describe sounds close to the kidney area and that's nothing to mess around with. It could be a lot of things. I know I said earlier to go to an Orthapedist, but you should just go see an Internist and have a check-up. Easy for me to say, I didn't get regular check-ups when I had insurance from my employer, and now they are going to take it away and I won't be able to afford it. Go figure!

i get lower back pain if i sit too long and dont move around, its cause of the construction work i did and i wasnt picking stuff up correctly. i think it might be lumbaggo or some other lower back muscle disorder

Take some deep breaths, in and out, and concentrate on just the breathing. Try and let all other thoughts go out of your head. You're not dying and not sick. You're just obsessing about those thoughts. Time to get up and walk around, too, and get away from the PC, OK? Maybe eat something healthy?
I am starting to eat more healthier. I just can't help eating those baked potatoes and fries from Wendy's though. They are so good! But I have stopped eating from fast food restaurants lately. The most unhealthy thing I think I'm eating still are snacks like chips and stuff but I eat those when there is nothing else to eat.
What about posture?
I have very bad posture, and the other day I was walking around the mall for like 3 hours and my lower back started to hurt, probably from sitting so much, and sitting with bad posture.
Just a suggestion, try 'n sit up straight if you don't already.
