If you had cut off the tops...You would've F@#$%^&* up those plants big time.
Just Bend the tops over...almost, but not, breaking them...take and bend them right over...It is scary, but it wrks great and the top will fatten unbelievably

its been 24 hrs and my plants are still doin fine even after i butcherd them
you cut them.....:(
still growing stong if any thing chopping the tops off 4 weeks into flowering has made the rest of the plant boost;)
