The 6500 ks are ideal for veg from what i've read. Dunno about flowering though. My plants were moved from under the CFLs to a 1000 watt hps for flowering :) I can't wait to get my hands on some lowryder beans, I think i'll pick some up next year.

You should be very happy with your lowryder then. The hardest part is the waiting, growing from seed usually takes forever. For instance, those plants you see in those pics sprouted on September 1, 2006 and i'm planning on harvesting Jan 6th, 2007....Lowryder harvest is only like 80 days from planting seed.

Will they dry and cure any faster seeing as they`re small ? I`d say not but it`s worth asking someone that knows first hand.

When drying, its best to be patient. You dry your plants out too quickly, and the smoke will be harsh. You want it to take like 10-14 days to dry thoroughly, so the chlorophyll has a chance to break down. Curing continues the chlorophyll degradation process and evens out the moisture content of the buds, improving taste further. :cool:
