Now it seems he's being charged with possession of heroine, as there was an "unidentifiable substance" in his car when he was arrested, and only now do officials know what it is. And it's summa that Mrs. Brownstone . .

The prosecution wants to push the charges up to felony, so hopefully ole red doesn't do any time for this. Guess the rumors of his love for oxy's and H were true. ~
