You should get a bong, bubblers are good but their really not as good as bongs.

After 2-3 ft. NOBODY would have the lung capacity to make such a huge bong be anymore effective. It would just be a hassle to take a hit out of.
Thats not true. I can clear my 30" bong no problem, and I have seen people clear ones wells over 3' before.
i can clear my 2 1/2" DIAMETER 4' LONG bong in one hit, but i cant fill and clear in one hit.
but i agree, frankly my 13" glass with dif and ashcatcher gets me jsut as high, and i can snap a larger amount in that than the 4 footer(and it takes less time). its also much more smooth.
its the idea of diminishing returns, size is good up to a point,30 someodd inches is the maximum practical length for a straight tube IMO, after that the advantage of a longer tube is pretty much negated. and after a certain point, it actually becomes detrimental! cause it can take sooooo long to draw smoke into he chamber, that it ends up getting stale.
I prefer a bong. My pyrex 1 footer does me just fine. I don't need anything bigger, because it's just a cunt for me to carry around and put away, and it gets me no higher. Bubblers are cool, but more for aesthetics than functionality. They look pretty and you can carry em with you, but they're not much more than an improvement on the common glass spoon, in my opinion.
