I started smoking when I was 13 and smoked for over 15 years. It was hard as hell but I finally quit. Almost immediately I noticed that I was better at anything physical: stronger, faster, and way more endurance. That was 9 years ago and I'll damn sure never smoke again.

Dude, 5 smokes a day is not out of hand. I was up to 1.5 packs a day. Quit now before your up to 25 a day.

I see nothing wrong with a good cigarette here and there. I used to think i had to quit but i realized i was just smoking too many cigarettes. I'm down to a pack every 2 weeks if i don't get drunk and smoke half the pack. It's all about control.

I know that dude, but for my situation at home, it is very out of hand. Also because about 7 months or so ago i only smoked about 1 cig a week....now its 35-50.:(
Edit: And i have been trying to quit for the past couple of weeks. its really hard :(. Im so angry at myself. I continued smoking because i didnt think i would get addicted....the first year i got no cravings....so i just kept going....uhh im an idiot man.

You can get high from smoking tobbacco out of a bong. It only lasts a few minuets tho. its the same thing as a pussy high people get when they first start smoking cigs. Taking that big a hit of tobbacco will fuck you up. It's gotta be really harsh though.
