If I were your mom, I'd rather have you toking than drinking. It is a matter of risk reduction- one can kill you, the other won't! You are getting sloppy about your toking, though. I have toked for 40 years and have never been arrested. My mom never caught me, and yes, I toked at home. Taking a break for a month or so won't hurt you. In fact, it will just get rid of whatever tollerance you have built up and increase your (eventual) toking pleasure. Just take a break. To be honest, I expect you will abstain for 2 weeks, tops. Psychological cravings, peer pressure or a really bad day will usually win out over the best intentions. But in the meantime, skip the booze! It really makes you stupid- you act stupid when you're drunk and it kills brain cells, not injures, kills! As in gone forever, brain cells do not easily get replaced! Alcohol brings out aggression or depression, makes you look older in a bad way- wrinkles, broken blood vessels in your face, etc, and kills your liver, the main organ for getting rid of poisons in your body. And hangovers are your body's way of telling you not to poison yourself like that again! Don't abuse alcohol! If you MUST get high, stick to pot! - Granny:stoned:
I have to agree. How many times do you hear of someone drinking to much and not waking up the next morning. I've seen alot of fights started by someone who had to much to drink. Not saying drinking is bad or that you shouldn't but it's more dangerous then toking. again just take some time let things cool out, then be alot more cautious about your smokingQuote:

youre not even in college yet, you've already smoked weed and you must know how to roll blnts. YOU THINK YOURE GOING TO QUIT MUAHHAH! stick it out man once u get on campus or at least move out ofyour parents house its a whole different world.
im laughing not at you actually im laughing because i know what you're going through. i remember getting caught the first time and how stressful it was and how it made me question weed smoking altogether. lemme just say that in 2 weeks when ur laughing about getting caught over a nice blunt you'll realize the stupidity in quitting smoking because your parents nabbed ya.
get caught 3 to 5 more times and they're not gonna give a shit anymore, thats how i did it (unintentionally)
Bah, that sucks. I can personally respect anyone that quits... only if it's for the right reason. But if your chin is high, and your head is high, then keep your mind high as well!
keep smoking
SMOKE.
I've been caught a few times, but it was always due to association with my dumber friends. The first time i got caught by my parents, i stopped smoking for about 4 months, then i just said fuck it, and i smoked for a solid 3 months.
Then my friend got an ARY against him and got a hair test and failed miserably for multiple drugs, so my name got brought into it because we always hung out. So i ended up getting caught a second time for ecstasy, mushrooms, cocaine & weed and i simply told my parents everything and got it off my chest.
Then I stopped all drugs for about a month, then started up again with just weed and then got a random UA, failed. and now here i am, still smoking and my grades are fine. I don't do any other drugs now, ive become completely content with mary jane
dont quit man
