Me too, i saw this in grow lounge i think [ im not sure] but it was deff on this site and it was on cnn i think, dunno though, but i know it's defiantly happened. But according to the poster they said the church couldnt do anything, i dunno, but i wish it was true.
Yeah its actually for real like its hard to get in though, they have mostly famous and wealthy people as memembers
like who are some famous people involved in this?
for some reason when i open that webpage it won't let me click on ne of the little links except for forums.
I know there was a case not too long ago an AZ. couple got busted with hundreds of pounds from their Church.I guess it was a legit church. They were saying it was part of their religious ritual. We'll see what happens.
I also wonder if the Indian Reservations could possess MJ, being as it is supposed to be a soveriegn nation.?
i know indians r allowed to grow and use payote and psilocybin mushrooms for religious purposes, dk bout cannabis
Like I said, there's really no use in being a member. It's just like another medical dispensary, but more expensive. Dispensary's are all over the place in California. You can buy weed in a number of places, as long as you have a medical card.
What does it take to get a medical card? A trip to the doctor. What are the benefits? You can choose any dispensary to buy from, which means a large selection.
To get a Temple 420 card, you have to pay at least $100, and the only "benefit" is that you can buy weed from ONE place. I have more variety from my dealers.
And, if for some reason, you got busted or something, I'm sure having a medical card would hold more water in a court room, than a fucking "temple 420" card.
yes, they are allowed to do anything that they want, as long as it is in line with the laws of their tribe. US athorities have absolutely no jurisdiction on reservations. many times criminals will flee to reservations because the tribes would have to go through extradition to turn over the criminals to the government.Quote:
