hey blue, i know its hard to tell a mother not to worry (mine went crazy when i joined the Israelli Defence Force a while back) but i got home safe so im sure so will your son, also get him a guide of Arabic for Dummies, the best advice i can give is to learn the language, so atleast youll have some understanding of what theyre saying, Arabic for Dummies helped me grasp some of the language, though i never mastered it and it was hard to understand some dialects..... still a good read though and was well worth it
