I'd try it, but i'm low on weed. And i'm afriad it might filter out THC. Your theory is interesting, I hope someone tries it out soon.

It would cool the smoke good, that's without a doubt. But will it filter out the THC?

It makes sense, but I agree - I'm not sure I'd risk the exposure to the hydrogen peroxide over the exposure to the byproducts of the cannabis smoke.

And yes, the stuff at the drug store is like 3%, it's mostly water, so it probably wouldn't hurt you to try it once just to report how it effects the smoke.

For the record I don't have a bong either but I am interested to see the results.

Since Hydrogen peroxide is more reactive than water my theory is that even super cooled (it has a very low freeze-point) it would still filter out a majority of toxins.

Iâ??m dying to test out my hypothesis but I donâ??t have access to a bong right now.

So here is your mission:

Go out and get some Hydrogen peroxide and use it to filter your smoke and then tell me about it. I want to hear about its use at room temp. and after itâ??s been in the freezer.

Do it for me, do it for yourselves, do it for SCIENCE!!!

True. At this point, I'm not to worried. Not enough to try HP at least. It smells and I just can't see pulling a hit with smelly stuff as the liquid agent. yanno?

I am not suggesting people use pure hydrogen peroxide. I donâ??t even know where one might buy some.

My experiment is biased on widely available, heavily diluted, 3-5% stuff that anyone can buy at any domestic store.

Perhaps a two chamber bong? But no, peroxide in the bong won't hurt you, so long as you don't drink it. Good luck finding pure peroxide. Even at 30% it can be used both in the liquid bombs they were worried about a month ago and to make MDP2P (immediate precurssor to X) from safrole.

ahh you guys are such pansies. i'll try it tomorrow. (have to go get some) hell, why not. not like one hit of some smoke that traveled through something you wouldn't want to drink would kill you or anything. damn
