i moved out when i was 16.... god damn was life a whole different picture... i learned a shitload in just a couple of months, then moved back in.. years later i took my aquired knowledge and moved out again, this time it was better because i knew what to expect.......
kinda like a acid trip (if you can relate)
at first you dont know what to expect and it blows your mind..... then the next time you do it, you know whats about to happen... kind of like that in a way (at least for me anyways)
and NOCHOWDER why do you say all americans hate canadians....?
ive never heard about americans hating you guys, and if so... i dont hate canadains, maybe i was locked away in a room and nobody told me that we were supposed to hate anybody.....
DAMN... i guess i missed out =)
No weed's not "legal" in canada, but the penalties are certainly less. Here in USA, least in my state...
Cultivation, delivery or sale of 1,000 pounds or less is punishable by up to five years in prison and a fine of up to $15,000.
This could be 1 plant, or 1000. And those fines actually can go way over 25k.
I'm probably going to move to a MMJ state in 2-3 years. With my condition it would be simple to get a card.
Im sorry folks ...
but im for starting a revolt and getting our rights back!!!!!
not running from the problem
"I dont want no computer chip in my arm

Guys, things in America are no doubt FAR from perfect, but as a world traveller, I can tell you that it is the absolute height of ignorance to call this country a "shithole". Without question, we are the freest, most prosperous, and most comfortable nation on earth. Do we have a ton of problems? Yes. Do we have a long way to go? Yes, of course. But let me tell you, if you think life is hard and sucks in America, you won't last a month just about anywhere else on this planet.
This isn't to say the rest of the world is some nasty place. That's also far from the truth. There are many beautiful nations with beautiful cultures that also have a high standard of living. But nothing compares to the USA, and that's a fact - however hard it might be for you to swallow.
Furthermore, I find it disturbing that many of the people who talk this way aren't even on their own yet and are in many ways still dependent on their parents. Sorry, but until you've at least given living here on your own a chance, there's no reason to assume it will be better anywhere else.
This doesn't apply to everyone. No doubt, some people do belong elsewhere and are happier when they find it. I hope with all my heart these people find what they're looking for.
Instead of whining and giving up on America - I suggest you read the constitution. Read the Decleration of Independence. Read the Federalist Papers. Find out what this country is really all about - freedom. Fight and make an effort to take America back from big government and fight for the freedom that every human being deserves. The values America stands for are without question the greatest achievment of mankind - and people have never been as free to do as they want in the history of the world than they are right now in America. Nor have we ever been afforded so much comfort in our day to day lives.
There's a lot of fucking problems, I know it. It can get disparaging sometimes, but the people can make a difference.
Word man. Call this country free? Man, if I want to do 70mph through a school zone while shooting heroin straight into my vein I should be able too, or else my freedom means nothing.Quote:
