Yea the 'Mission' finding the Private Ryan was fabricated but it kept its historic value on what really happened.
No need for the vulgarity. Obviously the guns would have to be accurate, the cities/location and laungage for it to be branded as having historical value. Besides that it is completely sensationalised, have I burst your bubble?

The Pianist was an awesome flick. Maybe a bit too deep for watchin when you're baked but still great.
Saving Private Ryan is good, one of the best, but my all time favorite war movie is Apocalypse Now. Pretty intense but trippy too. Like Coppola was making a war movie for stoners.

^^ I agree about Apocalypse Now. I have always been fascinated with WW2 and past conflicts but none has caught my attention like the second world war, I began investigating it thoroughly since I was like 9 years old.
-A Bridge Too Far is a classic about Operation Market Garden you see very good actors in that movie.
-Enemy at the Gates is another A+ movie whose storyline is in Stalingrad.
-The Thin Red Line.
-Schindlers List (A work of art)
Thats all I can recall at this moment...
Ohhh, how could I forget 'We Were Soldiers'
