Look for the people that might do it but may also be the sort of people you could get to know. Get talking and drop it into conversation that you blaze and maybe that you miss it talk about how you don't have any friends in the area, let alone hook-ups. Trust me before long people won't be selling you weed they'll give it to you and you'll be making friends at the same time.
