i'm a telemarketer, i get paid 9.75 to babysit a computer for 22 hours a week. this summer after i graduate from high school i'll be working full time. they also give us free food in the break room, and i get paid vacation and sick days. also a 401k plan.
best part: all my managers and coworkers are stoners. there are people working there that got hired straight out of prison for possession of cocaine. one of my managers has dreadlocks down to his ass and he went to 70 Phish shows.
Yeah, my old manager had dread locks and was in a 7 piece reggae band. He also grew and sold weed. I fucking loved that job. All 3 of my managers were huge stoners, in fact- on of my managers name was RAINBO.
I work at a place called Fox-Hills, I do banquets setting up/serving. I average at like 10+ an hour. It's nice.
I'm a busboy at a little family owned italian restaraunt. I make $5.25/hr. I don't mind though because i love working there. Everyone is really chill and cool. I dont think anyones ever got mad at me besides my boss this one time lol.
I'm a full-time medical student making 0$ an hour. Thanks to my husband, I'm still living the good life, tho.

I'm a full time housewife and I make $0.00 per hour. However, my darling husband comes home every Friday and hands me his paycheck. I do all the finances and if I need something, I work it in.:thumbsup: I don't remember him ever telling me "NO".
Hey, Tootsie! Did you ever post that chicken soup recipe anywhere? I noticed on that thread a while back that several of us wanted it. I certainly do. I'd like to make your soup recipe and put matzoh balls in it.
I was working at the same place as my dad making $11/hour which isn't a lot, but when you're working so many hours a week...you can't say no to $800-900 checks weekly after taxes. Damn, I miss the money, but not the job!
