get the meat "ranchera" the best one
cut a grip of lemons and squezze th ejuice in a plastic bag [with the meat]
use a lil sunny delight or tampico juice
add cilantro ,onions and a lil mustard
let that shit sit for a day or two
a lil garlic salt wont hurt
