My all time favorite is Fear and Loathing In Las Vegas
Fear and Loathing is good and has a nice bath tub scene with jennifer garner, also Zoolander even though its not a quote stoner movie has to be one of the funniest movies to watch baked.

I love donnie darko. I find I have trouble following movies i'm not familiar with stoned so I like to watch old animated disney movies.
