Experiences with InsideSun.com

Two weeks waiting for insidesun to pass the pending stage. No emails even after a week later I asked about clearification, now the second week made one with abit more tough to fit.

Got a reply at least.

Stating they dont ship outside US, figured since they have canada under drop list and that the shipping info link says US and Canada. I wouldn't have a problem.

Anyway I better not be charged anything on my credit card as I will surely right it.

Time to look somewhere else.

I got my 600HPS in about two weeks, and everything looks okay and new , though I haven't tried to hook anything up yet.

This guy does not care about service. He runs it like a supplemental income business. My experience was a horrible one. Three weeks before product arrived, in which no emails where returned. To top it off, he sent me a 1K light for a 400W system. This was for my first indoor grow, so I was not upbeat about the experience with InsideSun. I hate shipping shit back because of someone elses F-UP.
