I have one of these, and it is GREAT for vegging, it can be 3 or 4 inches from the plants, cost $125, 125W, 14,000 lumens.

i have 3 fluorescent lights...for 2 squre feet....and are placed in a closet that is entire upholstered with aluminium foil......is that ok?? or is it the minimum...???

I'd ditch the foil. It conducts heat as opposed to reflecting it. Put up some mylar instead or just paint your walls flat white ;)

I have a dresser im making into a box.
It is 34" x 18" x 35"
i was thinking of getting shop lights for it.
how many do you think i should get?
and what about a fan? how big of an exhaust fan should i get?
