Ventilation Problems - Please Help - Pics
Hi Chomsky...
If the air in your room is the temperature that you want to keep inside YOUR BOX... Then you should not be having a problem... Especially if your exhaust fan is replacing the air in your box every 2-4 minutes...
I must assume that your room temerature is HOT.... Therefore it will be impossible to lower the tmeperature in your grow box...
If your room temperature is not hot, you need to get a more powerful exhaust fan and make sure you are blowing the warm air far from your grow.. preferably OUTDOORS or into an attic.

If your room is about to get hotter in the coming months then you may want to think about a AC unit. They have some that you may be able to vent right into your box with a few modifications.
I know what your going threw, had to play the modification game for about a week when putting the 1000W in a cabinet, wasn't fun to think that I could have wasted so much time, money and effort, but it paid off at the end.
Good luck
Adieu

You may also want to consider having the lights off during the day (higher temps) and on during the night (lower temps). Every little bit helps.

Also, your last pic looks like the fans they carry at home depot. Is that the 4"? Is it noisy? I'm considering using two of them (intake/exhaust), but I'm concerned with the noise factor? I would appreciate your feedback on them. I believe they cost around $25 @ home depot. You can face them whatever direction you want the air to flow. Thanks

It is a 200mm/7.8inch from a speciality hydro store. It was more expensive than $25, not sure how much but its almost completely silent so I guess you get what you pay for in the stealh department

Seal the reflector it could save u about 5-10 %F on the temps. Either make one or buy one, check the FAQs. I made one and it saved me about 5-10% thats the best it did for me. Just make sure ur exhaust is on top and fresh air intake is on the bottom. If an A/C is available in ur room do it cause it can save u alot of work and trouble in the end.

Dumb question maybe: are you certain the fans are not fighting one another? IE: One is pulling while the other is pushing? Both pulling? Just a thought. Seems that 8" fans should handle the heat without problems but I don't know anything about those computer style fans like you have on the hood.
