actually they could prove it, they ran like 5 tests on me, and asked my other firends i was with if we smokeds and they said ya, i was like the 3rd person to be interviewed and what not by the cops, and the cops themselves ran some tests on me, they all knew i smoked, and they could prove it

It doesn't really matter, since it's not illegal to be high, unless you are operating a motor vehicle. It's illegal to posses marijuana and any paraphenalia, but you can get totally baked and then go down to the police station and say hi...there isn't a damn thing they can do about it. Your school, on the other hand, probably has rules against it, and that's what you're a dumbass.

That may be how it is in your state, but in mine if you're high, it's called being under the influence of an illegal narcotic, like I said, and they can arrest you, but I think it's only a misdemeanor.
