in my opinion.. you cannot start a first timer off with a few bong hits or pipes... try a spliff! it is much more chilled and will be a much better experience for you! oh and dont mix with tabacco! you will enjoy it much more when its all green.:thumbsup: :smokin:
I kinda of had an experience like that once or twice, but I was about a month or two into smoking (been about 8 years ago now, god I'm getting old!!!). My legs felt wobbly and I felt like my breathing was real screwed up. Took me a while to realize it was all just in my head (and when I say a while I mean a couple hours). It was the two times where, at the time I hadn't smoked nearly as much as I ever had before (up to that point) and I was by myself, which I think was most of it. I've had some friends experience similar things, but none of them the emotional roller coaster you describe though. Mostly they were physical effects. My advice would be next to to 1. Don't be around someone who doesn't smoke next time, people that aren't high seem to be more paranoid to me than people that aren't. 2. Definetly don't smoke out of foil (it is poison). 3. Just remind yourself of the good things about being high calm yourself down and you'll forget you were ever upset, keep it up beat and you should be fine. If it happens next time you smoke, I don't think I would smoke anymore. It could be a sign of a deep rooted emotional or mental problem. Hope this helped

I got sick the first time I smoked and I didn't get the really good feeling I have now (when I smoke) untill at least the fifth time.
So don't worry about it, try it again, be sure not to be worried or stressed before you smoke. And don't smoke too much, you'll be fine.
Ow and also definately don't drink and smoke if you're not used to that
Try it again and see what happens. Also, you might wanna try it alone. A LOT of people (myself included) find smoking alone much more relaxing, less stressful, more blissful. And if you break down into some kind of emotional shit, there will be noone there to make you feel ashamed or embarrassed in any way.
Tinfoil Bad. Glass Good. Metal/Ceramic Ok.
And as Ghost Said, if the problems persist, it may very well be from a deeply rooted problem. You could be bipolar, or severely insecure, or any number of psychosis's. Weed tends to bring forth things like this.

Hmmm, thats really wierd. I don't understand how people can get real emotional. Me, I'm comfortably numb, you gotta learn to just chill sometimes, if somethin' upsets you, just forget about it, nothin' you can do anyway.
