I love cooking for myself when im high! Stir frys are always quick n easy. Get one of those packs add some chicken and cook up in a wok. Follow with a bowl of your favourite fruit and jobs a good'un!

Last time I was blazed I ate an apple as well as a bunch of dried cranberries. After that we were still hungry so we whipped up a stir fry with red and green bellpeppers, snow peas, brocolli, mushrooms, long grain rice and tofu. Delicious, believe you me.
Watermelon is the best, just don't try to cut it up when your seriously baked... I cut myself pretty bad once.
OK. I switched to water (instead of Gatorade/Kool-aid), fruit (instead of cookies), popcorn (instead of chips), and I try to JUST eat, and concentrate on the taste of the food, because if I sit down and watch TV, I eat like a robot. But if I sit at the table to eat, it starts to not taste good after a few bites, and then I can stop at an appropriate point.
As for the pizza thing... there is just no getting around it. Order a small.
