Prolly the increase in motivation to work out is because, since you're high, you're more sensitive to the endorphins being released when you're exercising.
I've worked out a couple times when high, and found it had a similar effect on me as it did you. Not bad stuff, really.
I feel the same way, except i am a bikerQuote:

(For your Info) - Pride.....
Caffeine is well absorbed from by the stomach and intestine, and peak blood levels occur about 45 - 60 minutes after ingestion. Once in the blood stream, caffeine causes a number of responses in the body. Caffeine is well known for it's stimulant effects on the brain, but there are a number of other physiologic effects that occur. Blood pressure, pulse rate, and stomach acid production are increased, fat stores are broken down, and fatty acids are released into the blood stream. These effects can last from a few hours to as long as 12, but within 4 days of regular use, the body develops tolerance to many of the effects of caffeine. For example, although caffeine increases blood pressure and pulse in a first time user, a regular user will not experience any significant change.
Because caffeine increases the production of stomach acid it may worsen ulcer symptoms or cause acid reflux ("heartburn"). Insomnia, poor sleep, and anxiety are well described psychological side effects of caffeine. Regular evening use of caffeine may, over time, deprive the body of proper sleep, resulting in lack of energy and fatigue.
You shouldn't take that protein processed shit.
Why do you want to build up your body to unnatural porportions.
It doesn't help at all in picking up some pussy.
It all turns into shit once you hit 40.
And your going to die anyway. Is it really worth going through the pain, and wasting all that quality high time on something that will be of no benefit to you at all, except maybe to boost your self confidence (which is a mind issue).
Stick to cardio, we live in the age of guns and money.
Women prefer money over looks anyway.
And having huge biceps won't stop someone from shooting you dead, like some skinny white 14 year old who's looking for his next fix.
I've worked out while stoned loads of times but I prefer to work out sober. I like to just chill while high.
Why do you have such disdain for people who want to lift weight for aesthetic purposes? I can understand that its something you might not like but why waste energy to discourage others.Quote:

Lifting is extremely satisfying, while you take that attitude paddyahern what the point of anything if we die- might as well do yourself in if its inevitable anyway. I have the feeling your a scrawny fella
