Thats because their not done flowering... im sure they will fill out in the next 2-3 weeks to come. im using a 400watt HPS
What light cycle are you using?

Sounds good Spawnof84. You could also try reverse foliar feeding to get Nitrogen out faster but I wouldn't in your budding cycle.
