32C is far too high, even for shiva shanti II which is quite resilient to imperfect environments. I'm sure with Bio-Biz It comes with nutes in it and you are supposed to feed by increment i.e. 1/3rd dose for a week; 2/3rds dose for a week; then full dose remaining time.
15L pots are a good size. You might find that the plants are spending time rooting themselves; a plant only grows upward as it grows downwards. Because of the size of your pots I would encourage using a rooting formula into the first 2 weeks of bloom.
Ensure you flush the soil with a litre or more of water every so often. 2 days of feed then flushing helps prevent residual build-up within the grow medium. If when you start feeding you immediately get run-off out the bottom of the pots then the soil is already adequately moist and you should give a day or 2 for the soil to dry out slightly so that the root stucture is able to beathe, but do not allow the soil to dry so much that the edge of the soil becomes separate from the sides of the pot. Contracted soil, when watered, will expand and could cause root damage if not careful.
