Especially if they arent developing buds yet, just pistils. One thing though, I would definitely go with 18/6. While rooted plants may be able to take 24 hour, that constant heat and light isnt perfect for clones. They need time to rest. Dont be discouraged if they take a long time to root, clones can be in shock for quite a while, especially when going from flowering, but as long as they look healthy they will eventually root.
Here is another tip. If for some reason your clones fail, before you throw them away, throw them in water. They will perk right back up after a day or 2, even when they seem DEAD. Leave em in water until they show bumps or get them healthy again and then put them back into your medium and try again. I have done this not twice but three times once...and the thing finally rooted and turned into a great mother! I was hesitant to clone it but it didnt have any affect, was great.
