If Kofi Annan, or the BBC had bothered to read the agreement they would know Israel didn't "violate" anything.
Of course in Kofi's case any publicity is good publicity, even if he's sticking his foot in his mouth.
The BBC is out to sell newspapers with stories that support there political agenda, the facts are irrelevant.

A southern Lebanon filled with armed Hezbullah members doesn't seem like the way to achieve a lasting truce. The whole thing seems rather farcical to me. The U.N. soldiers can't do anything to Hezbullah members unless they attack the U.N. soldiers directly, which they won't do -- they'll just fire rockets at Israel. Likewise, the Lebanese army (such as it is) also does not have the authority to disarm Hezbullah members. So, basically, nobody is authorized to do anything about them, as long as all they do is kill Israelis. My prediction: this truce doesn't last a month, unless somebody is given the authority (and has enough balls) to disarm Hezbullah.

So GS the answer to your question is. It was right cause Hezbullah was rearming. You wont see that side cause your hate for America, Isreal blinds your judgement.

how about Hezbollah rearming, which was in itself a violation...or how about the pure fact that Hezbollah isnt even supposed to be around becaue of a UN resolution...but you dont hear Anan saying anything about that..

They have the right to exist as a political party. Not as a militia nor giving out social services as a separate entity from the government.
