but that is not "curring". what you are doing is remoisturizing. curring is a slow dry process and is done after immediately after harvest.
and never leave your fruit or vegetables in the bag longer than a day or two. one, that is plenty of time to remoisturize and two, leaving longer is a good way to get mold, especially if using fruit (the sugars in fruit allows mold to grow easier). three, if you store in mason/fruit jars there won't be a need for remoisturizing...leaving your bud stored in baggies is why it dries out so fast and carrying it around in your pockets is why you end up with shake instead of buds.
Mold increases high...
a very good source tells me this.
Nah I dont cure my joints but that sounds like a good idea lol.
People have so many different ways of doin' things. I use a potato skin myself...
I have a better solution. Don't buy dry weed...If you had it sitting there...why didnt you smoke it :rasta:
Its better to buy dry weed ... it means your getting more for your money. I buy super dry ounces and then divide it up into grams and stick a baby carrot in each bag and let it sit for 2 days. It adds between .1-.2 to each gram wich adds up to about an extra 3 grams or 30.00. Then to keep it from drying up agian I store the whole ounce with orange peels wich gives it a nice smell/flavor too.
Yeah, like someone said, you're not really curing anything. You're just putting moisture back into the buds.
Curing takes places right after a harvest dries, to improve flavour, and potency, just an overall better smoke and appearance. To cure buds, they must be at least 90% dry, then you place in an airtight container, where it releases the last of its mositure stored in the middle of the bud. That's why after slight curing, the buds seem moist again.
Curing, is kind of like, "sweating" the last of the mositure out of the buds, pushing the THC to its peak.
But anyways, I used to remoisten my herb, but not anymore. It's just not that big of deal to me to have dry of moist herb. I never cure bought weed from a source. I only cure my own homegrown as you want to make the best of all your hard work.
Peace.
my joints cure me:thumbsup:Quote:

I have a degree in medical microbiology - I can be your new 'very good source'
