i dont care what anyone says but this is true, ive got ppl to do this and it works..
when smokeing whatever, inhale and let the smoke come up a little slowly then cough a fue times.. this will let the smoke go through parts of your body that wouldnt really be reached with the standsrd inhale exhale.. i also like smokeing a sigar or sigarette right after smokeing a draw because it helps the high and fucks with your body giveing u a headspin:rasta: try that and u should be fine:thumbsup:
I agree with Night Prowler, just work yourself until ur really tired, then just chill sumwhere with a pipe or a bong, if u dnt have any just roll a joint cause ur tired ur inabitions are low or sumfin, thts wat works for me, especially wen im sick

After and during intense workouts, your body is flooded with andanamide, which is a chemical cousin to THC (andanamide is the chemical the cannabinoid receptors are really meant for and the reason we have them :rasta:)
So it's like eating a firecracker and then toking afterward. Not to mention the increased heart rate means the THC is going to get to your head lots faster :D
