well i do bodybuilding comps, nothing major just local stuff, but anyways i noticed that when i dont work out and just smoke then try to go lift, my lifts are way down but after a couple of days im back to my orignal weight
Happened to me as well but I lost 15lbs over the summer after the 6months prior of me smokin oh so much
