Lol, of course that's why he made this thread. It does seem a bit hypocritical to close one forum not related to cannabis.com, yet keep other forums unrelated open and full of explicit and lude material not appropriate for any minor. I can definitely see where Nullific is coming from, and he did bring up a good question. A minor is unable to learn about psychotropics but is able to tell the internet world how large his "meat stick" is, both of which have nothing to do with cannabis. If you get rid of one, why not all? What's the difference?

That being said, I don't want to step on any toes, just throwing my two cents out there. I honestly just hope I don't get banned for speaking my mind. I come in peace, I swear.

well, they teach you sexual education when you're 12 in school(they did to me anyway). Does that mean that if you learn about sex before that, that you were to young to know these things? Will a sex ed teacher scold a kid for asking the average length of a penis? hardly... The psychotropics forum promoted the use of psychotropics if not directly, indirectly. That's why it was removed. The sexuality forum is nothing more than an area to discuss things about just that, sexuality..wether it be with the use of cannabis or not. It doesn't really come down to ethics as much as it comes down to what the owners do and do not want on this site. If open discussion about sexuality is on the list and psychotropics is not, then who are we to argue? We can simply voice our opinion but non of us have the right to say it is hypocritical or against freedom of speech when we allow you to make suggestions like shutting down the sexuality forum.

It's called a suggestion box, it's not a To-Do list.

LOL.....why the hell would you get banned for that? Did you bad mouth the site? Call people ignorant? He got exactly what he was looking for and in a month we'll see.

Now, please tell me that these two scenerio's are on the same level:

Some kid comes on here and makes a couple posts, asks questions concerning lets say coke and overdoses. Mamma don't know what went wrong with lil' Johnny and finds out his computor is full of interesting info. Next thing ya know there are lawsuits against certain people/owners implicating them for the murder of lil' Johnny cause THAT is where he learned all this, after all , Johnny was such a good, good, boy!

Little Johnny is caught with a ruler in the bathroom by his mother measuring himself to make a post on the length of his penis.

LOL....which one has the liability issues?

I'm kinda of on Nullific's side on this one. I'm not really for the whole minor thing in that section. I personally don't go in there at all, i know everything i need to and don't need to show off or risk reading something just nasty. But thats just me. And as long as it's on the internet, you can't really have age restrictions...or really know if it's a male or a female. So i guess if u dont like it, you just gottah stay away from it.

Same with politics, there's alot of good members in here that don't venture in them waters either. It's a choice. Likewise, it was the owner's choice as to what to have on the menu.

I completely understand what you're saying, and agree with most of it, but honestly, have there been any actual scenerios where little Johnny OD'd on cocaine and somehow this and/or any website like this was held liable? If not, than it might be taking an unneeded precaution, but I certainly do believe in the phrase "better safe than sorry".

In the end, it does come down to the owner's choice. They're the ones paying the bills. But from an outsider's point of view, those who "pick favorites" never end up making friends - something my mother always told me.

I'm still a friend, for now. I'd like to remain one as well.
