Any tips not to get burnt out

I dont mind bein burnt out.

smoke before bed it gets me so primed to sleep

I hate social situations when im burnt out, im usually the witty smart ass but if im burnt out I act like a brain dead retard

hahah yea me two thats why i hate to smoke during teh afternoon cuz im always doin something at night and i hate being burnt out.
